Step 1

Upon a new document size 766×418. Create a new layer. Now grab the rectangle tool (u) and do as the image below shows. The colour of the rectangle is #5651a5

Step 2

Now set your forground colour to #de1111 and grab the Gradient Tool (G) and set it to red to clear, create a new layer and now drag from top right to about 2-3cms untill you get a result like the image below.

Now set the forground colour to #FFFFFF and select a standard brush and size of about 45 and colour a section like the image below.

Step 4

Now set that layer to soft and goto Filter/Blur/Gaussian Blur and set it to 28.9 and you should have an image like below.

Step 5

Click here and download the image and create new layer above all others and add this, you will have to resize to fit as shown in image below. To flip it goto Edit/Transform/Flip Horizontal.

Step 6

Create a new layer and select the rounded rectangle tool (U) and draw an image in black as shown below.

Now press Ctrl and T and right click and goto distort and shape it to the shape below.

Now goto Filter/Blur/Gaussian Blur and set to 1.0 and set the Opacity to 45%

Follow step 6 again untill you get the same as im the image below.

Step 8

Create New Layer and set the forground colour to #f26521 and select the round rectangle tool (U) and set the radius to 20px, now draw a shape as below.

Now get the reclanguler marquee tool(M) and draw as shown below and press delete.

Step 9

Create new layer and on the layer pallet Ctrl and click on the image of the layer below. Now Set the forground colour to #f7aa4e and the background to #f26521 and grab the gradient tool (G) and go from right to about 3/4 of the image left.

Step 10

Create new layer and copy step 8 untill you get image as below.
