Step 1
Create a 1900×1200 page and fill black. Get the marquee tool and create a section like below

Add new layer and fill in the rectangle in grey, Go to Edit>Define Brush Preset and save.

Select the brush and goto the new brush you have just defined, now press F5 and fill in what i have below.

Now lets start the tutorial, draw a few rectangles on the page and then go to Layer>Layer Style>Drop Shadow. Use Color Burn for the Blend Mode, 80% Opacity, 120
