<p>Welcome to our tutorial</p>
<p>In this tutorial we will go through making a very good looking business card design front and back.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 1</strong></span></p>
<p>Start a new document and set the size to 50.8mm x 88.9mm with 300dpi and the colour set to CMYK.</p>
<p>Now lets setup some printing guidlines for the text so that you do not get a bad print. Please see image below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 2</strong></span></p>
<p>Now grab the paint bucket tool (G) making sure that the forground is #231f20 colour and fill in the space.</p>
<p>Now for the logo ive used the font (a bite and colour #fffffff), for the business name i used Myriad Pro with both #ffcb05 and #ffffff colours. Now you should get an image like below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 3</strong></span></p>
<p>Now using the type tool select Myriad Pro and the colour #ffcb05 and type what your business does and the press Ctrl + T and turn it so it is angled more like the picture below. Now thats the front page completed..</p>

<p>Now lets add your company details by grabbing the type tool again using the Myriad Pro with the colours #ffcb05 and #ffffff type your details like below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 7</strong></span></p>
<p>Now create a new layer and grab the pen tool (P) and do the shape below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 8</strong></span></p>
<p>Now right click and make selection and using 0 click ok. Now hit the Ctrl and Backspace. Then go to Layer/Layer Styles/Blending Options and activate Gradient Overlay and using the settings:</p>
<p>Blending Mode: Normal with an Opacity of 100%. The left colour on the gradient should be #b6b8ba and the right colour should be #393934 with the angle at -39. You should have a image simular to the one below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 9</strong></span></p>
<p>On the layers pallet on the right drag that layer to the create a new layer at the bottom. Now select the layer below and go to Layer/Layer Styles/Blending Options and deactivate the Gradient Overlay and activate the Colour Overlay with the colour as #000000, The go to Filter/Blur/Gaussian Blur and select 4.0 and click ok. You should now have an image like below.</p>

<p>Now right click and select make selection and select 0 and click ok. Now making sure the background colour is #ffcb05 hit the Ctrl and Backspace and then your done.</p>

<p>In this tutorial we will go through making a very good looking business card design front and back.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 1</strong></span></p>
<p>Start a new document and set the size to 88.9mm x 50.8mm with 300dpi and the colour set to CMYK.</p>
<p>Now lets setup some printing guidlines for the text so that you do not get a bad print. Please see image below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 2</strong></span></p>
<p>Now grab your gradient tool (G) and set your forground colour at #f2f7e6 and background at #d8e9b5. Now drag from bottom left to top right and yoou should get an image like below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 3</strong></span></p>
<p>Now grab your rectangle tool (U), select #a5b538 as your forcolour and make a rectangle like the shape below. Add your name and Position within your company. I have used font Century Gothic and the colour #ffffff but you can use which ever you like.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 4</strong></span></p>
<p>Now add your email and phone number within the top left and stay within your print lines. Again i used Century Gothic for my font and #a5b538 for the colour but you can use which ever you want.</p>
<p>Within the bottom left write your company name (i used the impact font and for the colour #a5b538) and go to Layer/Layer Styles/Blending Options.</p>
<p>Activate Inner Shadow and use the following options:</p>
<p>Blend mode = Multipul and the colour #b7bcbf</p>
<p>Agle 120</p>
<p>Distance 5, choke 0, size 5.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 5</strong></span></p>
<p>Finally for the front side select the rectangle tool (U), select #a5b538 as your forcolour and within the print guild on the right make the rectangle.</p>
<p>Now go to Styles/Style Layer/Blending Options and activate the Innershadow and use the blending as Multipul with the colour as #9ba0a4, Opacity set at 75%, Angle -67, Distance 5, Choke 0, Size 5.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 6</strong></span></p>
<p>Start a new document and set the size to 88.9mm x 50.8mm with 300dpi and the colour set to CMYK.</p>
<p>Now lets setup some printing guidlines for the text so that you do not get a bad print. Please see image below.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Step 7</strong></span></p>
<p>Grab the paint bucket tool (G) and fill the background in #a6b638. Then type in your company name in a large font size like the image below. I used the font: Impact and the colour #ffffff, Place the name just below center of the document.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large; "><strong>Final Step</strong></span></p>
<p>Now making sure your forground colour is #a6b638 select the rectangle tool (G) and make it the whole width of the document and only about 1cm in hight. Now go to Layer/ Layer Styles/Blending Options and activate the Dropshadow and use the following options.</p>
<p>Blending mods = Multipul with the colour #828386 and the angle set to -90. The distance 5, spread 0 and size 5.</p>
<p>Congratulations you have now created your Business Card, Front and Back.</p>

<p>You can use any image for this, ive used this one.. Open it in Photoshop</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>Step 2</strong></span></p>
<p>Now in the layer pallet grab the background image and drag it to the Create a new layer button. Once you have done this press P which is your Pen Tool and make sure you have set the pen to paths at the top of the page. Now draw a rough outline of the people like the picture below and once finished click your right mouse button and goto Make Selection and click ok.</p>

<p>Now press CTRL and C and once you have done that press CTRL and V. You have created a new layor of that image. Name this layer (People).</p>

<p>Now click on the layer called Background copy and goto Layer/New Adjustment layer/Brightness and Contrast and set it to Brightness +29 and Contrast +39. Now goto Layer/New Adjustment layer/Black And White and click ok on the menu. Now drag these 2 layers above all other layers. You should have something like the image below.</p>

<p>Click on the (People) layer and press P which is the Pen Tool and draw very carefully round the male in the middle and dont forget to get his shadow also. Once you have done this right click on your mouse and goto Make Selection. Now press CTRL and C and then press delete on your keypad and Then Press CTRL and V. Now call the new layer (Man) and drag it to the top of all layers.</p>

<p>Ok final step. Now click on the Peoples layer and goto Filter/Blur/Motion Blur and set it to Angle 17 and Distance 25px. And all is done.</p>
